MY experience with Milend, Inc and Michael Foote’s team in particular could not have been better. I did a cash out refinance mortgage, and they were with me every step of the way. If I had questions, or didn’t understand something, they were a phone call, text, or email away and were prompt and courteous in getting back with me.
This process was a bit different for me this time, being newly divorced and feeling a bit more uncomfortable with the process, but they assured me that I could do this without any hesitation. The process of taking my parents off my deed and then adding my son was not at all a huge issue like I thought it would be. It was done right along with all the other paperwork.

I must thank Michael Foote from the bottom of my heart because he has lifted such a burden off me. It feels so good to just breathe and actually get a paycheck and not have to worry about paying bills. I have money in my savings account, and my credit score is slowly moving in the right direction. I think for the past few years I considered refinancing and it seems like I just kept hitting wall after wall, I also felt like I didn’t completely understand what the person was saying ( often feels like they are using big words to confuse you).
Anyhow Michael and his team were so helpful, even the lawyer that came out was SUPER helpful. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I’m so happy I waited till the time was right and really appreciate y’alls help. Thanks!!! Milend was one of the best experiences I had with refinancing my home. Michael Foote explained Milend’s process and explained that they could move as fast or as slow as I wanted to.
