We recently completed a refinance with Milend, and my wife and I were very pleased with the service we received.  Apparently, there were some issues with our initial loan consultant…which did cause us to reconsider moving forward with Milend. But the follow-up conversations with Jennifer Ripley quickly eased our concerns.

Jenny was able to explain the next steps in the process and assured us that everything would work out smoothly…and she was correct. I experienced some difficulties meeting the requirements of the VA Appraiser, and she provided valuable assistance in resolving the issues to meet the requirements.
