Myself and my husband’s experience has been excellent+++++ above and beyond with our Mortgage Consultant Lance Mason. I received a $1,000.00 check in the mail and originally called to get an authorization code for a loan with this check. Mr. Mason was kind enough to help and discuss other options such as the equity cash-out refinance and as my husband is a veteran we would be able to do the VA guaranteed with zero money down.
He was also the only Mortgage Consultant that ever gave us the information on the VA IRRL program which is an interest rate reduction loan after 6 months as long as we pay on time and don’t take on new debt. We both had never heard of this program before talking to Mr. Mason.
Mr. Mason has been great to work with, so helpful and was very thorough with explaining everything. He always got right back to us via email or phone if we had any questions…We both highly recommend Milend Inc. and our Mortgage Consultant, Lance Mason to anyone looking for a mortgage loan or cash-out refinance.

I have read other reviews where Milend is accused of bait and switch! I say just the opposite. You have a choice to decide whether you want to continue or not. I chose to continue and glad I did. Everything was great, very smooth and was approved with cash out on a VA refinance! My consultant, Migle Ribaciauskaite, was wonderful and was there for me through the entire process. She answered all my calls, texts, and emails promptly. I can’t say enough about her and Milend except THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID!!!!!

Daniel Barnes was my Loan Officer. His professionalism was AMAZING! I began this refinance process 2 weeks ago and I would have never imagined that this process would be this easy. I am beyond speechless.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and Nate was so patient with us. He took all of our phone calls (and there were many) even after hours. We had a rough time in the bidding process and put in four offers before finally getting our home. Each time, Nate was right there with a pre-approval letter in no time. Even on the weekends.
We did not quite understand some of the fees and rates associated with our mortgage, and Nate was able to break everything down to a very basic level so we could get our heads around it all. We also used my VA loan, which has very specific requirements. Nate was on it–he knew all the ins and outs of the VA loan process and helped us get the best rate possible.
If I could give MiLend more than 5 stars I would, and it’s all because of Nate Blase. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. You won’t be disappointed!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Alan and Scott for doing such a Great Job putting my VA loan together and getting it approved. Unfortunately, my wife passed away a few months ago after 53 years of marriage. She had one major fault in that she was a giver. After her passing, I became aware of the significant credit card debt she had accumulated. I was very concerned about how to resolve the problem.
Being an Army Vet from the Vietnam Era, I turned to MiLend to see if they could help me out.
