I came across MiLEND through a letter I received in the mail. I called in hopes of getting more information and was connected with Mikala Bryant. My experience with every person I interacted with was wonderful, but the amount of gratitude I have for being connected with Mikala and having her as my Loan Officer is more than I can put into words. Mikayla is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is detailed and precise in her work, and her communication is very clear. I am extremely grateful for her work ethic and determination to go the extra mile as she took my financial history into consideration as she helped me find the best solutions for my problem.  I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with MiLEND and Mikala Bryant specifically.

I’m so glad that I took Mikala Bryant’s call. I’ve been through the sale of one home, and have changed mortgage lenders a few times. To date, I can say hands down that this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Mikala exemplifies the attributes that coin the notion of “great customer service.” Communication, follow-through, listening, perseverance, to name a few. I can’t thank Mikala Bryant enough for her fantastic service!  From our initial conversation with me requesting to cash the $1,000 check, she convinced me to listen to an opportunity that immediately changed my financial future even at these high rates. It was her kind demeanor that kept me listening to her, convincing me to take the chance on a hard credit pull and a $600 appraisal. Throughout the entire process everything she said came true without one instance of me questioning her advice.

I’ve been in the PR business for over 35 years and know that I should have looked for other offers, but something kept telling me to stick with Mikala so I did not reach out to other lending companies. Every step through the process she proved to be friendly, patient, polite, knowledgeable, professional and consistently available to me.
