Donna and I have used Milend for both our first and second mortgage refinances. We probably would not have used Milend the second time around if not for the great service we received from Morgan Dickson. Morgan’s great attitude and attention to our needs from start to closing made our experience easy and fulfilling. Morgan was very personable and her professional work made our experience worthwhile. We will tell our friends to use Morgan and Milend for all their mortgage needs.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Morgan Dickson. My husband and I were in a tough place attempting to refinance our mortgage with QuickenLoans. They were stalling; not answering my questions, even weeks at a time. Their website wasn’t working most of the time. Quicken Loans wouldn’t answer my questions, nor give me updates regarding our refinancing.

Out of total frustration I turned to Milend. Morgan was both exceptionally professional and personal. After being on the phone with her a matter of minutes, I felt very secure that I had made the right decision. That meant so much to me. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, and I found that so reassuring. I would, without hesitation, recommend Morgan and Milend to any of my friends and family.

WE DID IT!!! And I couldn’t have done it without Morgan Dickson. From the very beginning, she was patient and understanding. She walked me through each step of the process and explained the details thoroughly. We had a number of challenges with the sellers that she shielded me from, and she really went to bat for me. There was a point where I was ready to walk away, but she singlehandedly brought me back to the table.

It was very clear through the whole process, that Morgan was truly invested in protecting my interests and getting me the best deal I could from all sides. I really felt like we were a team. I will highly recommend her to anyone I know who is buying a home, and I will certainly be back the next time!
