Philip King has been with MiLEND INC since 2009, and has years of customer service experience. Before becoming a mortgage loan originator, he spent five years in Mortgage Law with a Mortgage Closing Attorney. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his son’s little league baseball team and spending time with his family and friends.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell how pleased I was with the new mortgage plan with Milend. I would never have considered or known about Milend if it wasn’t for Phillip King. I was contemplating refinancing and as it so happened out of the blue I got a call from Phillip. He explained my options and answered all my questions.
