I’d like to take the opportunity to say THANK YOU to Ashley Thomas for all her help in getting my house refinanced. It was a pleasure working with her. She was always calm and well composed in the face of a pile of questions from me, and always addressed my questions with answers that make sense. I look forward to collaborating with her again in the future, as I keep having weird thoughts of getting a second mortgage for rental 😀😀😀😀.

I will say, before deciding to use MILEND, I did have another organization try to assist me. They were highly, highly recommended by a friend and neighbor. I truly wish that I had not wasted my time with this other organization because, in the time I was involved with them, weeks passed and interest rates started to rise. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the result. I will definitely recommend Ashley and Milend to anyone I know interested in buying or refinancing a home.

I would say overall the refinance process was smooth and easy. Ashley Thomas and everyone communicated timely, made good suggestions, kept me up to date on progress and needs, and answered any questions I had quickly. Much better than my last experience with a mortgage broker, where I felt like he was more interested in himself than making my situation better. Ashley will be our first call on future mortgage needs.
