Chelsea Densmore

I just finished my FOURTH refinance closing using MiLend since I first had the pleasure of being contacted by Chelsea Densmore several years ago. I wanted to express my deep appreciation to not only her, but all of the great folks who work at MiLend on yet another stress-free and incredibly efficient loan application/refi process.

Being “brand loyal” to any company nowadays is a rare thing. Too many businesses are trading face-to-face/one-on-one service with chat and email, which is fine if the type of business you run lends itself to that approach. I submit the mortgage industry, despite its best efforts, cannot effectively take this approach as there are so many factors and options in your business that it can become overwhelming and frustrating very quickly. MiLend has found a way to seamlessly blend both technology with personal service, and I could not ask for better service than that which I have always received from Chelsea. I have built three houses in Georgia and used a handful of banks, loan originators/processors, etc. and, up until I worked with Chelsea at MiLend, the process was always complicated and stressful to the point that I would avoid even researching refinance options because I didn’t want to go through the hassle.

Chelsea has, without exception, always been forthright and honest with me, letting me know all my options and making the entire process painless. She has made me brand loyal to MiLend and I will never hesitate to recommend MiLend and her services to anyone. Honestly, if anyone ever asks me if I know a good person in the mortgage loan industry, I can tell them, “No, but I do know an excellent person!”

As we quickly approach the end of the year, hopefully 2022 will be a better year for all of us. It will be much better for me financially because of Chelsea and MiLend. Words cannot express how grateful I am that you employ representatives of such high caliber.
