I just want to thank Clara Flynn!! She went above and beyond what I would have expected throughout the home-buying process. I was already nervous and didn’t have a clue what to expect or even do. But Clara helped us from day one and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Even when I felt like giving up, she kept me right on going! She was the best during all this. We could not have done it without her, and I am so glad we found her to help us. If I know of anyone looking to buy a home, she will be at the top of the list to recommend them to. She has made us very happy!

I was very picky about the people I was willing to talk with, and Clara Flynn turned out to be a perfect choice. She answered all my questions expertly without pressuring me. Clara listened to what I said I was going to do and followed my wishes perfectly. She made this process painless and quite simple for me, and I appreciate that.

Clara is an asset to Milend, and I hope they realize how unique she is. I have had experiences with some mortgage companies in the past, and their performance was less than stellar. I even withdrew my application from one several years ago because of their lack of professionalism. Clara didn’t know that she had a pretty high bar to hurdle, but she cleared it effortlessly. I couldn’t be more pleased with her services.

Clara Flynn – Thanks so much for handling the refinance of my home mortgage. You worked so hard to make sure everything was taken care of.  I appreciate the way you faxed documents to be completed when I was unable to open and complete them on my phone. Thanks for all the extra work you did to acquire the information for my current tax return. The closing went smoothly because you took care of everything in advance. I would certainly recommend that any family member or friend contact you when they have any mortgage needs.
