Myself and my husband’s experience has been excellent+++++ above and beyond with our Mortgage Consultant Lance Mason. I received a $1,000.00 check in the mail and originally called to get an authorization code for a loan with this check. Mr. Mason was kind enough to help and discuss other options such as the equity cash-out refinance and as my husband is a veteran we would be able to do the VA guaranteed with zero money down.

He was also the only Mortgage Consultant that ever gave us the information on the VA IRRL program which is an interest rate reduction loan after 6 months as long as we pay on time and don’t take on new debt. We both had never heard of this program before talking to Mr. Mason.

Mr. Mason has been great to work with, so helpful and was very thorough with explaining everything. He always got right back to us via email or phone if we had any questions…We both highly recommend Milend Inc. and our Mortgage Consultant, Lance Mason to anyone looking for a mortgage loan or cash-out refinance.

I had a good experience with David Langub. I just got a check of $1000 from Milend when I called they referred me to him. He took me step by step to help – with a big loan I had with a 31% rate and other credit cards it was hard to trust someone over the phone, but he did everything to make me confident I could trust him. He told me he will not leave me halfway – any time the rate goes down he will help me to refinance with a better rate. He made it smooth, and I will work with him in the future as well.

I am writing to express our deep appreciation for Ronald Robinson’s services and support during the past several weeks. We reached out to him and Milend in reference to a small personal loan advertisement that came our way. Little did we realize that we would receive so much more.

The time and attention that my husband and I received from Ron meant the world to us. He did not see us only as customers to make him or his company money, but individuals that he truly invested in to help make our financial situation better. He took the time to listen to our current situation and to our goals and provided several options and financial education to help us make the best decision for us.

In a world where it seems people are usually treated like numbers or sources of money, it was a breath of fresh air to meet someone such as Ron who took the time to simply help with patience and guidance. We would happily recommend him to our family and friends or serve as a reference to anyone wanting to learn more about Milend. I never got a chance to thank Haley Schroer for all her work. This refinance has taken so much pressure off of me. Who would have thought that just responding to a $1,000 loan offer would lead to this. I am so thankful for Haley’s guidance, thoroughness, and efficiency. Definitely was ready for the latest episode of “Encounter with a scammer.” Instead, I got a rep, Haley Schroer, who was completely transparent, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions completely and with forethought. I was so impressed with the process (after first conversation, we decided it was a better course of action to wait for 2 weeks and recheck my credit reports to make sure recent payments on my cards cleared Transunion). Oh yeah, for the record, the bureau they use is Transunion and its FICO score model 4 (mortgages). This is important to know. More apps will only show you Vantage 3.0 or FICO 8 scores. Again though, totally legit and I Highly Recommend.

P.S. I made it clear from the start I was only interested in the 9% $1,000 loan, not anything else (almost all other similar offers from other companies have been pure upsell scams). This was completely fine with the rep and we ended up (in the end) discussing (at my request) future engagements with this company for a Home Equity Loan.

Haley Schroer and Jessica Powers at MiLend were great from start to finish. They looked at everything and offered solutions. What started as a check offer in the mail, ended up digging us out of a hole that we thought would never happen. I’ve never had a company break it down and explain everything like Haley did. She treated us like friends rather than clients.

I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to Phillip King. His services came into my lift when I was experiencing severe financial hardships due to medical situations and surgeries.

From a small loan to a financial plan and large loan Phillip and his team were awesome! But especially, Phillip – who was professional, understanding, so very helpful in walking me through each procedure and aiding me in gathering information needed from the proper sources.

I have never had such a personal/ caring experience while working on a financial matter that was causing me great stress at the time of my initial contact with Milend. Erica Stark’s method of explanation and assurance allowed me to continue with a process I was completely unsure about when we first started.

I was in a moment of “need” and called to get the $1500.00 check that I had received in the mail from Milend, Inc. approved at a great interest rate by the way and Erica along with her manager told me it couldn’t be approved with my current “financial obligations” then she asked, if I would allow her to attempt to help me do just that with a cash out refinance AND THE REST MY DEAR IS NOW HISTORY! THANKS TO YOU!

Erica should be proud of not only her professional accomplishments but of her accomplishments as a human to be blessed with her communication and assurance skills. She probably have no idea as to how much her quick responses to my questions and guidance through all of the paperwork associated with the process “talked/ explained me down off the ledge” on multiple occasions.

I am a natural “procrastinator” , thanks to my DNA! Lol. Erica helped me stay calm and make it through the process.

I am forever grateful and “if and when” these interest rates drop and some history is established with the Mortgage Company I will for sure be reaching out for Erica’s assistance in the future.

Very easy process! I received the live check. I called to get the approval code to go ahead with depositing it. Got the approval code from Roger Obermeyer the same day! I wrote the code on the check and deposited it. Easiest process ever! Just follow the directions!
