Myself and my husband’s experience has been excellent+++++ above and beyond with our Mortgage Consultant Lance Mason. I received a $1,000.00 check in the mail and originally called to get an authorization code for a loan with this check. Mr. Mason was kind enough to help and discuss other options such as the equity cash-out refinance and as my husband is a veteran we would be able to do the VA guaranteed with zero money down.

He was also the only Mortgage Consultant that ever gave us the information on the VA IRRL program which is an interest rate reduction loan after 6 months as long as we pay on time and don’t take on new debt. We both had never heard of this program before talking to Mr. Mason.

Mr. Mason has been great to work with, so helpful and was very thorough with explaining everything. He always got right back to us via email or phone if we had any questions…We both highly recommend Milend Inc. and our Mortgage Consultant, Lance Mason to anyone looking for a mortgage loan or cash-out refinance.

I had a good experience with David Langub. I just got a check of $1000 from Milend when I called they referred me to him. He took me step by step to help – with a big loan I had with a 31% rate and other credit cards it was hard to trust someone over the phone, but he did everything to make me confident I could trust him. He told me he will not leave me halfway – any time the rate goes down he will help me to refinance with a better rate. He made it smooth, and I will work with him in the future as well.

I must thank Michael Foote from the bottom of my heart because he has lifted such a burden off me. It feels so good to just breathe and actually get a paycheck and not have to worry about paying bills. I have money in my savings account, and my credit score is slowly moving in the right direction. I think for the past few years I considered refinancing and it seems like I just kept hitting wall after wall, I also felt like I didn’t completely understand what the person was saying ( often feels like they are using big words to confuse you).

Anyhow Michael and his team were so helpful, even the lawyer that came out was SUPER helpful. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I’m so happy I waited till the time was right and really appreciate y’alls help. Thanks!!! I’m so grateful that David Langub was able to restructure our home loan to eliminate a 2nd mortgage as well as our credit card debt. I can finally breathe again! This has been an amazing journey. I contacted Milend from a promotional flyer in hopes of getting approved for a $1,000 loan.  My goal at the time was to build credit with MiLend so that I could eventually get approved for a debt consolidation loan.

I explained my situation to David and he told me that he had a better option for me that I never considered.  I honestly didn’t think I could get approved for a refinance. My whole experience with Milend was amazingly positive. David Langub, as my loan officer, was instrumental in creating a solution to a problem I had unwittingly created. I originally called to see about borrowing the $1000 from the offer I received in the mail. Fortune smiled on me that day, as my call was answered by David Langub.  He was highly approachable, not pushy, and very kind. He helped me see that the $1000 was a bandaid on a larger wound.  Patiently and with great compassion, David led me through my current financial situation and helped me to see that I was in fact headed for disaster.

It was his careful manner of leading me through where I currently was and where I could be with Milend’s help that created new hope in me. When he explained what Milend could do, I felt such relief and gratitude. I cannot say enough positive things about David Langub.  First of all, he was sincere, compassionate, and highly personable.  I found working with him to be a pleasure.  He was extremely encouraging, non-judgemental, and very caring.  He fully explained every step along the way, and I found him to be quite knowledgeable.  He definitely “knew his stuff!”  I felt throughout the process that he truly cared about me as an individual; that I was not just “another client” he could check off.

The plan he provided felt tailored for me, and I could tell he was genuinely interested in finding a workable solution for me. He was so patient, as I sometimes struggled with technology issues. Never once did I feel he was “losing patience” with me or frustrated with me.  He was all about providing the best service possible, and I appreciated as well as respected him for that.  It is rare in today’s world to find an individual of David’s caliber; he is honest, genuine, caring, and very real.

I highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves either needing a mortgage or trying to regroup financially.  He is truly one in a million, and I am so very thankful that he answered my call that day.  He turned my life around, gave me new hope, and helped me have a very positive attitude toward the future.  I would urge anyone to contact him.  He is rare and real.  He can change your life.
