I recently refinanced my home and had the absolute pleasure of working with Daniel Guegen at MiLEND. Daniel truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process and quickly became someone I felt I could trust with a major financial decision.

From the start, Daniel was 100% transparent and took the time to help me understand how the housing market works, what was realistically possible in my situation, and what wasn’t. He didn’t sugarcoat anything, but he also made sure I knew every viable option on the table and how each one would impact my long‑term plans.

At one point, I actually left MiLEND for another company that appeared to offer a better deal on the surface. After a short time, it became very clear that the other person was not nearly as concerned about my overall situation or long‑term goals as Daniel had been. That experience made me realize how rare it is to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your outcome.

I ended up calling Daniel back and telling him, “you’re my guy,” and I meant it. Coming back to MiLEND and working with Daniel was absolutely the right decision.
