I wanted to …[say] how pleased I was with the process of refinancing our home with Jennifer Ripley and [her team]. When we started the process a little while back our credit score wasn’t where it needed to be and Jenny gave me a suggestion of how we can improve our score and try the refinancing at a later time. If the need arises I know I will reach out to Jenny and [her team] to work with them again. I do like the process of emails, texts and such to get everything accomplished. My travel schedule would have made it difficult to do things in-person.
