She is kind, innovative, very professional; and possesses a can-do attitude, reliability, and knowledge. Jennifer is a true asset to your Milend and, as you know, a company is only as good as its people. You have a star on your team who will go far in this business. She is a gem and it is such a pleasure to work with her.

I had a phenomenal experience with MiLend, refinancing my home, and especially with Phillip King. Phillip might have one of the quickest response times of anyone I ever dealt with in business. It didn’t matter if it was day, night, or even on vacation; whenever I reached out to Phillip, he always took the time to respond to my questions. When things were out of his hands, he got me the answers I needed. I always felt he was looking out for my interests. 

Even the sale of the mortgage to Wells Fargo after closing seems to have gone pretty smoothly. I have referred Phillip to several friends and neighbors already and will continue to do so whenever the opportunity arises.

Her team walked us through every step of the process so we were never left in the dark or unaware of what to expect.

Jessica Powers did such an amazing job to facilitate our mortgage. Her team was so prompt in answering every single question…and I think at times we asked the same ones several times 🙂. I have to be honest, we were apprehensive at first. But Jessica reassured us, listened to our every concern, and walked us through every step carefully. Can’t say enough what a great experience this was.
