Phillip King and his team were super helpful throughout the lengthy (and at times exhausting) process of securing my home loan, I’m almost certain it wouldn’t have been successful if any other company had been involved. My wife and I sought to convert our 30-year mortgage to a 15-year mortgage. I had some credit issues from an earlier time in my life, but Jenny Ripley was a tremendous encouragement in helping me navigate them. I greatly appreciate her willingness to work with me as opposed to just seeing it as another transaction. She definitely gave our transaction a personal touch. I’ll certainly refer and use MiLend andJenny for any future mortgage needs.

As a result of their good work, I was able to convert my home loan to a 15-year note, shave 1.125% off my interest rate, drop PMI, and it only increased our monthly payment by $143. Jenny and the entire MiLend team were very professional, and we were amazed at the smoothness of the entire process.

She definitely went above and beyond, and she made me feel like a family member.
