I just completed a refinance through MiLend, Inc and had the pleasure of working with Jenny Ripley. Refinancing a home can be a very stressful process, especially in my situation – having to deal with the IRS because of a past identity theft.

Jenny made the process very easy and pleasurable after a horrible experience refinancing with another company. Any time I had a question, day or night, she was willing to help and answer all of my questions. She kept me informed throughout the process and didn’t leave me in the lurch. More organizations need employees like her and Milend should be honored to have her as part of the team!
