I had a good experience with David Langub. I just got a check of $1000 from Milend when I called they referred me to him. He took me step by step to help – with a big loan I had with a 31% rate and other credit cards it was hard to trust someone over the phone, but he did everything to make me confident I could trust him. He told me he will not leave me halfway – any time the rate goes down he will help me to refinance with a better rate. He made it smooth, and I will work with him in the future as well.

I would like to compliment Michael Rachiele for providing me with a great experience with refinancing my home. He exceeded my expectations and made my refinancing go as smooth as possible and as quick as possible. I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to Phillip King. His services came into my lift when I was experiencing severe financial hardships due to medical situations and surgeries.

From a small loan to a financial plan and large loan Phillip and his team were awesome! But especially, Phillip – who was professional, understanding, so very helpful in walking me through each procedure and aiding me in gathering information needed from the proper sources.

I must thank Michael Foote from the bottom of my heart because he has lifted such a burden off me. It feels so good to just breathe and actually get a paycheck and not have to worry about paying bills. I have money in my savings account, and my credit score is slowly moving in the right direction. I think for the past few years I considered refinancing and it seems like I just kept hitting wall after wall, I also felt like I didn’t completely understand what the person was saying ( often feels like they are using big words to confuse you).

Anyhow Michael and his team were so helpful, even the lawyer that came out was SUPER helpful. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I’m so happy I waited till the time was right and really appreciate y’alls help. Thanks!!!
