To say this was the most amazing experience would be an understatement. Clara Flynn went above and beyond to ensure that I got out of a predatory loan and an overpriced Home Owners Insurance. Very few people can apply for a Refi and walk away, consolidating their debt (which is saving me close to $600 a month) and getting a lower HOI (from $4800 to $2200) simply because a Loan Officer took the time to educate me.

This has been such a satisfying experience and Clara as well as her team were wonderful every step of the way (even when I was worried if the deal could be completed).

I had a good experience with David Langub. I just got a check of $1000 from Milend when I called they referred me to him. He took me step by step to help – with a big loan I had with a 31% rate and other credit cards it was hard to trust someone over the phone, but he did everything to make me confident I could trust him. He told me he will not leave me halfway – any time the rate goes down he will help me to refinance with a better rate. He made it smooth, and I will work with him in the future as well.

I would like to compliment Michael Rachiele for providing me with a great experience with refinancing my home. He exceeded my expectations and made my refinancing go as smooth as possible and as quick as possible. When I first called Milend and spoke to Mr. Rachiele, he quickly answered all of my questions and gave me the pros and cons of refinancing and was very honest from the start. I must say that my credit score was sinking because I was drowning in credit card debt and Mr. Rachiele never treated me any different. He assured me that he could help me and made it happen quickly…
