I wanted to provide some feedback on my lending experience with Milend and Clara Flynn. First and foremost it was an absolute joy to work with Clara while going through this process. She did a fantastic job of walking me through each step, answering all of my questions, and reassuring me from beginning to end.

I must admit that I was quite skeptical when I received the live check in the mail from Milend. I was only originally calling to get a small loan in order to pay for my college course when Clara explained how your company could help me save money monthly on my mortgage and other bills. I had tried to get a refi done with my original lender a while ago and they didn’t seem half as concerned or interested with trying to help me or provide me with options.

After researching Milend and looking at the reviews I felt at peace with my decision to work with them to help put my family and finances in a better position. It is not every day that you run across people like Clara who really care about your well-being and has a willingness to help you. I will be forever grateful that my one initial call with Clara and Milend has changed my family’s trajectory.

I’m looking forward to working with Clara and Milend in the future.

I can’t thank Mikala Bryant enough for her fantastic service!  From our initial conversation with me requesting to cash the $1,000 check, she convinced me to listen to an opportunity that immediately changed my financial future even at these high rates. It was her kind demeanor that kept me listening to her, convincing me to take the chance on a hard credit pull and a $600 appraisal. Throughout the entire process everything she said came true without one instance of me questioning her advice.

I’ve been in the PR business for over 35 years and know that I should have looked for other offers, but something kept telling me to stick with Mikala so I did not reach out to other lending companies. Every step through the process she proved to be friendly, patient, polite, knowledgeable, professional and consistently available to me. I can’t remember the last time any business I’ve I dealt with returned calls and emails in such a timely manner! I will enthusiastically recommend her to others. Where do I even begin with this experience? With next to no effort at all, MiLend has taken me from feeling almost helpless and trapped in a never ending cycle, to absolute financial freedom beyond my understanding. I’ve really not even realized the full benefit of it all and it blows me away.

Outside of my mortgage, all of my debt is paid off and I was left with plenty of funds to complete home improvements. My credit score is already almost at 800 and my peace of mind is through the roof. I can’t honestly put into words what it has meant to me. I have two small kids and a wife and it just creates a better atmosphere knowing I have one less thing to worry about, and in this case about 11 things, as I don’t have multiple bills to keep up with and pay.

I spoke with Clara Flynn in January and my situation wasn’t ideal to be able to pull something like this off. She guided me on how to proceed and made it seem like a possibility. Even though I didn’t speak to her for much of the year, I would still receive follow ups and hellos in the mail. When I checked back in with her I was nearing what seemed like the end of a rope with nowhere to place my financial feet. I still can’t believe this has been real and can’t wait to see what doors this opens for my family’s future. I will always be grateful and recommend this to anyone in need of a solution.

I never would have thought I would need to refinance my house in order to get out of debt. Morgan Dickson at MiLend helped me with this process, even though it took a little longer than I wanted since I was in Forbearance. Morgan stuck with it while reaching out to me when checking up with that. Working with her has made my first, and hopefully my last, refi a smooth and fun experience. She cares about what you need, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information requited to make the right decision in refinancing. I wanted to say thank you to Rett Mercer for encouraging me to look into this. The last process was so difficult and we got screwed and really did not see a huge benefit. But by taking the time to really look at our situation, Rett helped us come up with a plan. I do believe that this will set us up to become debt-free aside from our mortgage in 24 months max. For the first time in several years, I feel like I can breathe!
