I have just completed a home refinance with Milend and Eric Wunderlich as my consultant. This was a most positive experience because I wanted the refinance and Eric walked me through the process and answered my questions as they came to mind.

The point being sometimes answering a question meant a text or phone call. Milend’s refinance program was printed out in an easy-to-understand format, and Eric thoroughly went over the details with me. Also, he let me know when I would be interacting with someone other than him. I have no complaints.

This is the second time I have worked with Milend. I thank Eric and Milend for working with me.

Could not have asked for a better experience than I have had with financing our house purchase through Milend! From the very beginning, Eric Wunderlich, our mortgage consultant made the entire process very smooth. This was our first time purchasing a property without using a broker and Eric was extremely knowledgeable and available for any questions that we had.

He kept us on schedule regarding all of the financial information required for underwriting and even assisted with our search for homeowners insurance. He took so much off of our plate and made the entire process so seamless.

We also had a wonderful rapport. He understood that we have very busy lives as a family of 4 with two full-time working parents and worked after hours ensuring that no stone was left unturned. He honestly made us feel like family. I have never had an experience like this with any other lenders and will only use Milend for financing and refinancing from now on.

I cannot say enough about Eric Wunderlich as a person and as a professional. Upon first meeting him it was obvious that he was knowledgeable and strictly professional. He was extremely efficient, helpful, and genuinely concerned that I understood the loan process and all that it involved. He patiently answered my questions and I never felt rushed or confused in several instances he went above and beyond by meeting with me an hour’s commute away and at my own convenience. I am not computer savvy, which is challenging in itself. Eric was a Godsend in helping me to help him in working with my loan application.

In essence, I have bought four houses in my lifetime and working with Eric Wunderlich has been the most productive and rewarding of them all. I enthusiastically recommend him as the quintessential loan officer and remarkable person. Milend is blessed to have him as an employee.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric Wunderlich while purchasing our house. The anxiety that exists when buying a home (our first) is a lot. Add in the fact that my wife and I just had our first child and things got really stressful! Luckily my loan officer was a source of stability for us as all the moving pieces whirled around us.

Eric is an expert communicator. He kept us informed during every step of the house buying process. He put himself in our shoes; molding our unique needs into a loan that would keep us financially comfortable. If we had to choose a loan officer all over again, we would pick Eric 100x over. You can count on him being super professional, kind, and an overall great guy.
