I just want say thank you to Haley Schroer so much for all that she has done. This process has been amazing and one of the smoothest. From the start she was honest about everything. (Possible fees) She answered all my questions or concerns within minutes and if she didn’t know she replied back she would find out which is huge. she never made us feel forgotten or just a number. I worked in banking for 12 years and customer service is a big selling point for me.

Working with Haley Schroer was great! She was always SUPER friendly and positive along the way, which is lacking in professionals these days! This process was very simple, with the online portal that can be accessed with a smart phone – having your cell phone send documents helped a lot in the beginning! I worked with Milend back in 2014, and I’m glad I came back!
