I just wanted to take a moment to inform you how please we were with Libby Forrester and the rest of their team. We have been home buyers in five different states and we didn’t know what a pre approval letter was! We always just got a quick approval that we qualified for a certain amount of money. Libby was able to explain the difference to us and why letter was of upmost importance in this days market. Well she was right! To be able to even enter a home for a viewing a week ago we needed to have the under witting already in place.
Libby and her team was able to produce the letter by day’s end and we were able to make an offer on the if we wanted to. The letter could of been done sooner by the team but we didn’t submit the last 2 pieces of needed paper work. But we did that same day we needed it and the promised letter was ready! No we didn’t buy the house but feel prepare to do so in the future with the help of Libby!
