Phillip King and his team were super helpful throughout the lengthy (and at times exhausting) process of securing my home loan, I’m almost certain it wouldn’t have been successful if any other company had been involved. Two years ago I was given Clara Flynn’s contact info to help with credit rehabilitation and buying a home. When I first reached out to her for advice, I didn’t know anything about the home purchase process. I was an early thirties adult who never exercised responsible spending habits, timely bill paying, or saving for the next big step in life. I was military-focused and always figured that part would take care of itself.
I came to Clara about 60k in debt with a median credit score that looked more like a tournament-winning round of golf then a financial benchmark. We immediately connected over the phone. She was personable, engaging, and open; and she provided me a sense of dignity when talking about my previous financial mistakes. Because let’s be honest — talking about financial stability and poor spending habits is embarrassing.
She took my three credit reports and mapped out a custom game plan to get me back on track. Realizing that this process would take some time, she placed me on her personal calendar and kept in regular touch with me on my progress and challenges I was facing. Personal emails, phone calls, and text messages even outside of normal office hours was standard practice. Her approach to customer service didn’t feel like a commission-driven service. As a result of her efforts and continued support, my 16-week pregnant wife and 3-year-old son now have the opportunity to remodel our dream home. We are expanding from 1,800 square feet to 3,000. We are literally being given room to grow — and at a fairly decent interest rate.
