From our first phone call, Migle listened to our goals and made sure we knew all of our options, even going so far as setting up a call with a reverse mortgage expert so we could ask questions and understand all of the options. She kept us in the loop, made sure the process kept moving and when presented with problems, she took the time to listen and acknowledge our concerns and found a solution that was even better than we had hoped. Migle took a process that could have been very stressful and painful and made it seamless and as stress-free as possible. Working with MiLend and Migle Ribaciauskaite, my loan consultant, was a very positive experience. Migle did a wonderful job guiding me through the refinance process. When I first called MiLend, the person I spoke with took my information and told me Migle, a loan consultant, would return my call. When she called me back, Migle had taken the time to review my financial situation and outlined a viable mortgage refinance approach.

I was quite surprised and impressed that she had taken the time to create a refinancing approach for me ahead of calling me back and that, without any commitment on my part. It was an excellent approach and one that we fully developed.

She is quite knowledgeable, has a very positive attitude, and makes sure that as the client, I was always kept fully informed as to the status of my mortgage refinance.
