I received a flyer in the mail from MiLend. I reach out to see what they could do. Mike Capell and his team answered my questions and made me feel at ease. I got a cash out refinance with Mike for 2 reasons:
1) I needed to pay my credit cards off. MiLend got me enough to do this.
2) I went specifically with Mike’s team because of how they made me feel.

Mike was there whenever I had a question and gave me an answer that made sense. He explained the details on what was going to happen.
