I just wanted to take the time to say that once again it has been a pleasure working with Phillip King during the cash out refinance of my home mortgage loan. As promised previously Mr. King followed up with me and we reviewed my current updates to my property, and gave consideration to the best ways financially to proceed considering recommendations previously made.

I appreciate the way he goes the extra distance to ensure all my documents are properly prepared, completed in a timely manner. As usual he takes the time to answer any and all questions that may arise. His knowledge and expertise in all areas is excellent. I have already referred him and Milend to a family member and friend. I would like to take this opportunity to tell how pleased I was with the new mortgage plan with Milend. I would never have considered or known about Milend if it wasn’t for Phillip King. I was contemplating refinancing and as it so happened out of the blue I got a call from Phillip. He explained my options and answered all my questions. After a short conversation, I knew that Phillip and Milend was just what I needed.

He was always as close as the phone. I must say I was very impressed with how promptly he answered my calls during work hours, after hours, and even on weekends. He was genuinely concerned about making the refinance as easy and prompt as possible. The time frame from the beginning to the end was in record time. He and the other members of the team worked together to help with completing all documents needed. Emails were answered quickly also. He walked me through how to use my phone for documents needed. I had a few questions after the closing and as always Phillip answered promptly and gave me all the answers needed.
