I had a phenomenal experience with MiLend, refinancing my home, and especially with Phillip King. Phillip might have one of the quickest response times of anyone I ever dealt with in business. It didn’t matter if it was day, night, or even on vacation; whenever I reached out to Phillip, he always took the time to respond to my questions. When things were out of his hands, he got me the answers I needed. I always felt he was looking out for my interests. 

Even the sale of the mortgage to Wells Fargo after closing seems to have gone pretty smoothly. I have referred Phillip to several friends and neighbors already and will continue to do so whenever the opportunity arises.

Phillip King and his team have done such a great job for me on my home refinance. For the second time, Phillip gave me a hassle-free way to consolidate debt with a refinance on my home. The MiLend team did ALL the work and I didn’t have to lift a finger except to sign documents.
