Was very pleased. Second time I have used Phillip King and his team for a refinance of my house. Each time, they have been very fast and answered any questions or concerns I had quickly. If anything was needed on my end, they were quick to let me know what was needed and they kept me informed during the whole process. I don’t know if I’ll refinance again, but I do know that if I do I will definitely reach out to them first. They all looked at the score and debt-to-income ratio and refused to work with us…but not Chelsea. She refused to let that stop her from working with us. She took the time and effort to discover that my debt-to-income was totally in error. Had it not been for her persistence and professionalism, we never could have refinanced our home.
