My experience with every person I interacted with was wonderful, but the amount of gratitude I have for being connected with Mikala and having her as my Loan Officer is more than I can put into words. Mikayla is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is detailed and precise in her work, and her communication is very clear. I cannot say enough about Eric Wunderlich as a person and as a professional. Upon first meeting him it was obvious that he was knowledgeable and strictly professional. He was extremely efficient, helpful, and genuinely concerned that I understood the loan process and all that it involved. He patiently answered my questions and I never felt rushed or confused in several instances he went above and beyond by meeting with me an hour’s commute away and at my own convenience. I am not computer savvy, which is challenging in itself. Eric was a Godsend in helping me to help him in working with my loan application.

In essence, I have bought four houses in my lifetime and working with Eric Wunderlich has been the most productive and rewarding of them all. I enthusiastically recommend him as the quintessential loan officer and remarkable person. Milend is blessed to have him as an employee.
