I wanted to …[say] how pleased I was with the process of refinancing our home with Jennifer Ripley and [her team]. When we started the process a little while back our credit score wasn’t where it needed to be and Jenny gave me a suggestion of how we can improve our score and try the refinancing at a later time. If the need arises I know I will reach out to Jenny and [her team] to work with them again. I do like the process of emails, texts and such to get everything accomplished. My travel schedule would have made it difficult to do things in-person.

Solicitations received usually go in the trash. However for some reason I chose to open this particular one and it was from MILEND. We were wanting to refinance before rates started to go up. After sitting on the flyer for a bit I reached out to MILEND and got the PRIViLEGE of speaking with Libby Forrester. AMAZING!!!!! Top notch, professional, available to answer questions via phone or text. You need to do your due diligence which I did and was impressed with what I read. Libby confirmed the excellence. Highly recommend. Believe it or not a good experience. Michelle Bailey processed our loan and again top notch service. Not only was she as available to me with the many questions she was genuinely happy and excited to work with me. MILEND has 2 gems!
