Just wanted to inform you of the superior job Chelsea Densmore performed on our refinancing of our home. The way she went about making this loan work was simply outstanding.

Not only is she proficient, she has an aura of empathy and care for her clients that transcend just being a loan officer. This unique quality is so refreshing and uplifting when sharing all of your personal information (financial and sometimes personal). Lastly, she was consistent in her work ethic from the beginning to the end. She was so effective until I just had to reach out to those that really need to know just how pleased we are with how she handled our loan.
