Earlier this month, my wife and I refinanced a mortgage. We used MiLend again because we have previous experience MiLend and Jessica Powers. And this time around, she and her team did not disappoint. The one thing that distinguishes MiLend is communication and availability. Even though we had been through the process before, they were always readily available to answer questions and to give us friendly nudges along the way for support. Communication or responses were always immediate; we never felt as though we were waiting on anything from MiLend. With Jessica and her team in charge, it was a stress-free experience.

My refinance was basically effortless on my part. All the folks I dealt with were very helpful. I tried at first to go with my original mortgage company but, after a couple of months of back and forth emails and calls, I realized I was getting nowhere. It was a big waste of time and had been with them for a very long time. Never got a straight answer.
