My neighbor told me that he had a great experience with Jessica Powers and Milend. My refinance came at the right time, and I was able to get a new deck with the cash out from the refinance. Then, I had to buy a new car after the transmission went out on my old one. Proud owner of VW Jetta and I love it. I want to provide you some feedback regarding my experience with Milend refinancing our existing mortgage. I didn’t want to refinance at first, because the process is typically painful, confusing, and requires a lot of prep. But Jennifer Ripley and her team were incredible. Jenny made everything look so easy when I know that a lot goes on in the background to make it all happen.

Jenny was quick to respond to my emails, follow through on my requests, and put it all into motion. Her team played the magician in the back office by making sure I was well informed of what was happening. They made sure that I completed and signed all forms as they came up, etc… Milend’s team rocks and will make it happen for you. They were on point, communicating where we were in the process and telling me what to expect next.

I will for sure reach back out for any future financing needs that might come up. I highly recommend Jenny and Milend to anyone seeking to finance their next dream home.

This was our second time refinancing with Ashley Thomas at Milend. We were so happy the last time that we encouraged both our sons to refinance their homes at the same time. Working with Ashley and her team is always a pleasure. While it took a little bit longer this time around because it’s a bit of a busy season, the fixed interest rate that she got us was well worth the wait. Everyone on her team is patient, polite, and helpful and we appreciate it.

I have referred Ashley and Milend to several of my co-workers, and Dawn has referred some family and friends as well. We hope they will use Milend for their refinancing needs.

Thank you very much to Ashley Thomas and the whole team at Milend. I had reached out to Milend a few years back, and it just wasn’t in the cards so to speak. I did however keep Ashley Thomas’s contact information because we had a good connection.

And low and behold here we are today, Milend did a wonderful job with the refinancing. Ashely explained everything, there were no surprises, and we were able to get the deal done. One of the major reasons why I was refinancing was to make a small bakery, a hobby shop for my wife. She loves to bake cakes, and I want to give this to her as a gift. Now she can make her cakes and be happy.

Again, I thank all of you at Milend for all the hard work you guys put in to get this loan done. I will definitely recommend Milend in the future, and I will definitely stay in touch with Ashley.
