I just want to thank Mikala Bryant for all her help during this refinance process…she really was the BEST! I am so thankful to have worked with her. The process was very smooth, Mikala was responsive and super helpful, not once did I feel like she was pushy or I was being ‘sold’ in some way (not being rude but I encountered other companies that came across that way and it was a hard no at that point)…it honestly felt like she was a friend who cared and really wanted to help me…

MY experience with Milend, Inc and Michael Foote’s team in particular could not have been better. I did a cash out refinance mortgage, and they were with me every step of the way. If I had questions, or didn’t understand something, they were a phone call, text, or email away and were prompt and courteous in getting back with me.

This process was a bit different for me this time, being newly divorced and feeling a bit more uncomfortable with the process, but they assured me that I could do this without any hesitation. The process of taking my parents off my deed and then adding my son was not at all a huge issue like I thought it would be. It was done right along with all the other paperwork.

I’m grateful to Michael and his team for guiding me through the process and assisting me with my transition. I would not hesitate to refer them to others.

We had a fantastic experience with Michael Rachiele. We had to switch lenders at the last minute and Michael and his team came through with the loan in 7 days for us to be able to keep our original closing date. He was able to get us a lower rate than what we had and it allowed us to keep our monthly payment within our budget. We would not have been able to purchase our home and we are very thankful to Michael and his team. He was very knowledgeable and available to us to answer any questions and to be able to help assist us on such short notice. Highly recommend him and your company for anyone looking to get a mortgage.
