This was my second time refinancing with Milend. Each time customer service was courteous, respectful and very helpful through the whole process. The refinancing was done in a timely fashion. Thank you Chelsea Densmore of Milend for excellent customer service. Thank you for getting back to me immediately with my constant emails.
Refinancing is stressful enough but they made it an easy process. I can’t say enough great things about this company. Definitely highly recommend!!

Definitely was ready for the latest episode of “Encounter with a scammer.” Instead, I got a rep, Haley Schroer, who was completely transparent, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions completely and with forethought. I was so impressed with the process (after first conversation, we decided it was a better course of action to wait for 2 weeks and recheck my credit reports to make sure recent payments on my cards cleared Transunion). Oh yeah, for the record, the bureau they use is Transunion and its FICO score model 4 (mortgages). This is important to know. More apps will only show you Vantage 3.0 or FICO 8 scores. Again though, totally legit and I Highly Recommend.
P.S. I made it clear from the start I was only interested in the 9% $1,000 loan, not anything else (almost all other similar offers from other companies have been pure upsell scams). This was completely fine with the rep and we ended up (in the end) discussing (at my request) future engagements with this company for a Home Equity Loan.

Haley Schroer and Jessica Powers at MiLend were great from start to finish. They looked at everything and offered solutions. What started as a check offer in the mail, ended up digging us out of a hole that we thought would never happen. I’ve never had a company break it down and explain everything like Haley did. She treated us like friends rather than clients.
I appreciated how quickly they responded to us when we had questions. Their attention to you as the client was great. The whole process went smoothly, and the closing was simple, fast and efficient. We are extremely happy with our service and MiLend.

I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to Phillip King. His services came into my lift when I was experiencing severe financial hardships due to medical situations and surgeries.
From a small loan to a financial plan and large loan Phillip and his team were awesome! But especially, Phillip – who was professional, understanding, so very helpful in walking me through each procedure and aiding me in gathering information needed from the proper sources.

I have never had such a personal/ caring experience while working on a financial matter that was causing me great stress at the time of my initial contact with Milend. Erica Stark’s method of explanation and assurance allowed me to continue with a process I was completely unsure about when we first started.
I was in a moment of “need” and called to get the $1500.00 check that I had received in the mail from Milend, Inc. approved at a great interest rate by the way and Erica along with her manager told me it couldn’t be approved with my current “financial obligations” then she asked, if I would allow her to attempt to help me do just that with a cash out refinance AND THE REST MY DEAR IS NOW HISTORY! THANKS TO YOU!
Erica should be proud of not only her professional accomplishments but of her accomplishments as a human to be blessed with her communication and assurance skills. She probably have no idea as to how much her quick responses to my questions and guidance through all of the paperwork associated with the process “talked/ explained me down off the ledge” on multiple occasions.
I am a natural “procrastinator” , thanks to my DNA! Lol. Erica helped me stay calm and make it through the process.

Very easy process! I received the live check. I called to get the approval code to go ahead with depositing it. Got the approval code from Roger Obermeyer the same day! I wrote the code on the check and deposited it. Easiest process ever! Just follow the directions!
