A little more than a month ago my wife and I began the process of exploring refinancing our mortgage. We made contact with Milend and worked with your loan officer, Michael Rachiele. From our first interaction with Michael, he was most helpful on every level. We appreciated his thoroughness and clarity with information we needed to work through every step of the loan application, and he was always very responsive to any questions we had. As the application moved forward to the underwriters Michael kept us informed and was always so positive with his assessment of the status of our application.
It was quite amazing that from the beginning of the process to the actual “closing” it took only three weeks. The closing went very smoothly and all follow-up steps were completed seamlessly. We are very pleased with the outcome and will gladly recommend Milend to family and friends.

I just wanted to brag on Jennifer Ripley a bit. She helped with a recent loan. Prior to the refi, I had spoken with my current mortgage company and didn’t get much support. Jenny was fantastic and super responsive and patient. She was never pushy but made sure I had all the facts before I made a decision.

I have read other reviews where Milend is accused of bait and switch! I say just the opposite. You have a choice to decide whether you want to continue or not. I chose to continue and glad I did. Everything was great, very smooth and was approved with cash out on a VA refinance! My consultant, Migle Ribaciauskaite, was wonderful and was there for me through the entire process. She answered all my calls, texts, and emails promptly. I can’t say enough about her and Milend except THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID!!!!!
