I had a good experience with David Langub. I just got a check of $1000 from Milend when I called they referred me to him. He took me step by step to help – with a big loan I had with a 31% rate and other credit cards it was hard to trust someone over the phone, but he did everything to make me confident I could trust him. He told me he will not leave me halfway – any time the rate goes down he will help me to refinance with a better rate. He made it smooth, and I will work with him in the future as well.

In my opinion, Morgan Dickson is the only true professional I dealt with in the whole loan process. By this I mean, the primary person that responded promptly and officered accurate advice in assisting me with my home refinancing. In fact, the only individual that contacted me spontaneously rather than having to be chased. The communication from all others, were outstanding and I appreciate the entire team involved in my case.

Thanks for doing an awesome job, in expediting and completing the mortgage application and closure of my home. I feel I can always trust Morgan to get the job done, efficiently, and professionally.
