Harold and I were very pleased with the service we received from Morgan Dickson regarding our home refinance. This was probably the easiest mortgage loan we have ever done. Within just a few hours of initially speaking, Morgan sent us all of our options and explained what would be required. She stayed on top of all the paperwork that needed to be submitted – which made it possible to close in less than 5 weeks.

We appreciate the time and effort Morgan put into our file and will most definitely contact her when we are ready to purchase another property.

I have used MiLend before and worked with Phillip…..he’s wonderful to work with. I had started the refinance process with someone else and it was a F’d up mess. This process was very simple, with the online portal that can be accessed with a smart phone – having your cell phone send documents helped a lot in the beginning! I never would have thought I would need to refinance my house in order to get out of debt. Morgan Dickson at MiLend helped me with this process, even though it took a little longer than I wanted since I was in Forbearance. Morgan stuck with it while reaching out to me when checking up with that. Working with her has made my first, and hopefully my last, refi a smooth and fun experience. She cares about what you need, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information requited to make the right decision in refinancing.
