Libby Forrester with Milend made this the easiest refinance that my husband and I have done. Everything I do in the future (buying another home, etc.) will start with a phone call to Libby! Quick, easy, sufficient. She knew we wanted to refinance and also had a vacation coming up. She did everything in her power to have everything ready to go the day before we left on our trip to Maui, HI. Due to the new holiday…Juneteenth, we couldn’t count that as a business day. Long story short…we flew to Maui and she had someone meet us at the airport to sign the paperwork (under 30 min) and we were on our way! Amazing lady, amazing customer service! I know I am in good hands.

Harold and I were very pleased with the service we received from Morgan Dickson regarding our home refinance. This was probably the easiest mortgage loan we have ever done. Within just a few hours of initially speaking, Morgan sent us all of our options and explained what would be required. She stayed on top of all the paperwork that needed to be submitted – which made it possible to close in less than 5 weeks.

I would like to take a moment to thank Phillip King for doing such an amazing job on my loan. I have used MiLend before and worked with Phillip…..he’s wonderful to work with. I had started the refinance process with someone else and it was a F’d up mess. I called Phillip and he came through again. Why the heck was I messing with another company 😳.
