Her expertise and knowledge were so valuable. She stayed on task and walked me all the way through the process. I want to provide you some feedback regarding my experience with Milend refinancing our existing mortgage. I didn’t want to refinance at first, because the process is typically painful, confusing, and requires a lot of prep. But Jennifer Ripley and her team were incredible. Jenny made everything look so easy when I know that a lot goes on in the background to make it all happen.
Jenny was quick to respond to my emails, follow through on my requests, and put it all into motion. Her team played the magician in the back office by making sure I was well informed of what was happening. They made sure that I completed and signed all forms as they came up, etc… Milend’s team rocks and will make it happen for you. They were on point, communicating where we were in the process and telling me what to expect next.
