Thank you very much to Ashley Thomas and the whole team at Milend. I had reached out to Milend a few years back, and it just wasn’t in the cards so to speak. I did however keep Ashley Thomas’s contact information because we had a good connection.

And low and behold here we are today, Milend did a wonderful job with the refinancing. Ashely explained everything, there were no surprises, and we were able to get the deal done. One of the major reasons why I was refinancing was to make a small bakery, a hobby shop for my wife. She loves to bake cakes, and I want to give this to her as a gift. Now she can make her cakes and be happy.

Again, I thank all of you at Milend for all the hard work you guys put in to get this loan done. I will definitely recommend Milend in the future, and I will definitely stay in touch with Ashley.

I recently decided to take advantage of 2020’s silly interest rates and refinance my townhouse. I had heard Milend advertised a lot on WSB, so I gave it a shot. I ended up dealing with Jennifer Ripley and her team. The experience couldn’t have been easier.

Jenny patiently broke down the various refinance options in terms of money to close, etc.  When it came to the finalization process, everything went smoothly. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about my experience. I definitely appreciate the ease of the process and can’t speak highly enough of the experience with Jenny and her team.

I’ve already referred my boss at ADP to Jenny – he and his wife may refinance this spring. And I’ll definitely refer anyone else I know that might be refinancing to Milend.

It’s the eve of the dispersal of the funds from our refinance, and I’m so excited! For the first time, my wife and I taste how it will feel to be debt-free. Let me say that again… Debt-Free! The years of hard work, living modestly, avoiding vacations and superfluous expenses, and making our life about living the right way within our means has finally paid off.

Because of our hard work and Libby Forrester’s guidance, I’ll be able to give my family nothing short of a life-altering financial shift.  A shift that will take care of our past and present finances while setting up our future. And that future is bright!

Thank you to Libby for her professionalism and honesty. This is the first time we have gone through this process, so I have no standard of comparison, but I’m certain she would exceed any standard out there. I must have called a hundred times over the last couple of months. No matter if I had one question or ten, they were always met with kindness and honesty.

Libby has impacted my life, and the lives of the people I love most, in such a positive way that I could never repay her. I will certainly attempt to by offering her name to any and all homeowners in our circle and consider you the only loan officer my wife and I will ever need.
