She was friendly, patient, and transparent. She was the best loan officer, showing an excellent willingness to work with me. If there was a hiccup, Migle was there to assist me in making the necessary changes or corrections. I will always remember her kindness.

I just refinanced our mortgage with Milend and specifically was assisted by Jennifer Ripley and her team. It was the smoothest mortgage origination I have experienced. I “interviewed” several organizations but all of them were rate-driven since they didn’t stand out for any particular reason.

I heard a spot on WSB about Milend and reached out. I heard from Jenny in response, and the service was different than others. She was very thorough in answering my questions to the point of addressing points I hadn’t thought of. I would repeat the process if given the option to do it over, which is probably the best praise I can give someone. If I am in the position of originating a mortgage I will again reach out to Jenny. She’s great!

Thank you so much, Clara Flynn, for your hard work and guidance throughout this process. I had previously met with a loan consultant from a different firm but had been hesitant to commit. With Clara’s advice and willingness to walk me through the numbers, I felt confident that she and MiLEND were the right people to refinance my loan.

I was able to complete the entire process from the comfort of my home, and every time I had a question for Clara, she responded within minutes. She never hesitated to give me a call and explain the numbers or whatever step of the process I was curious about. She was friendly and helpful, and I will recommend her whenever I get the chance.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Morgan Dickson. My husband and I were in a tough place attempting to refinance our mortgage with QuickenLoans. They were stalling; not answering my questions, even weeks at a time. Their website wasn’t working most of the time. Quicken Loans wouldn’t answer my questions, nor give me updates regarding our refinancing.

Out of total frustration I turned to Milend. Morgan was both exceptionally professional and personal. After being on the phone with her a matter of minutes, I felt very secure that I had made the right decision.
