Was very pleased. Second time I have used Phillip King and his team for a refinance of my house. Each time, they have been very fast and answered any questions or concerns I had quickly. If anything was needed on my end, they were quick to let me know what was needed and they kept me informed during the whole process. I don’t know if I’ll refinance again, but I do know that if I do I will definitely reach out to them first. Should I hear of any friends or family looking to refinance I would definitely suggest to them to at least give Phillip and Milend a call to see if they can be of help.

Before I met Chelsea Densmore of Milend…I had been simply turned down and banks didn’t want to work with me based on my credit score and report. They all looked at the score and debt-to-income ratio and refused to work with us…but not Chelsea. She refused to let that stop her from working with us. She took the time and effort to discover that my debt-to-income was totally in error. Had it not been for her persistence and professionalism, we never could have refinanced our home.

Great experience. I have used MiLend and Phillip King twice now for a refinance and each time was smooth and with no stress. They kept me updated on the process the whole way and were quick to let me know if anything was needed so that it would not slow the process down at all. I would honestly say that if you are looking to refinance and especially if you are taking money out for your personal use, to consider using Phillip King. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

From our first phone call, Migle listened to our goals and made sure we knew all of our options, even going so far as setting up a call with a reverse mortgage expert so we could ask questions and understand all of the options. She kept us in the loop, made sure the process kept moving and when presented with problems, she took the time to listen and acknowledge our concerns and found a solution that was even better than we had hoped. Migle took a process that could have been very stressful and painful and made it seamless and as stress-free as possible. Ashley Thomas is outstanding! I have been a repeat client of Ashley for a couple of years. I’ve recently refinanced, and the experience was exceptional!
