From our first phone call, Migle listened to our goals and made sure we knew all of our options, even going so far as setting up a call with a reverse mortgage expert so we could ask questions and understand all of the options. She kept us in the loop, made sure the process kept moving and when presented with problems, she took the time to listen and acknowledge our concerns and found a solution that was even better than we had hoped. Migle took a process that could have been very stressful and painful and made it seamless and as stress-free as possible. Ashley Thomas is outstanding! I have been a repeat client of Ashley for a couple of years. I’ve recently refinanced, and the experience was exceptional! She was able to handle my needs quickly, very responsive! My application to closing was less than 3 weeks which is unheard of.
