Thank you very much to Ashley Thomas for all of her help with this process. We really appreciate Ashley and her team being upfront and helpful from the beginning. Overall she made the process as painless as possible, always offering help and direction with each step. The lines of communication were continually open and her responses were in a timely manner. I know there are many components to her job and that it takes a team and we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who had a hand in our refinance process.
