Was very pleased. Second time I have used Phillip King and his team for a refinance of my house. Each time, they have been very fast and answered any questions or concerns I had quickly. If anything was needed on my end, they were quick to let me know what was needed and they kept me informed during the whole process. I don’t know if I’ll refinance again, but I do know that if I do I will definitely reach out to them first. Should I hear of any friends or family looking to refinance I would definitely suggest to them to at least give Phillip and Milend a call to see if they can be of help.
