Our refinance went so smoothly, thanks to Ashley Thomas and Milend. The conversation to begin our loan process was to the point and easy to complete with Ashley. The process was streamlined with the paperwork needed to complete our loan, unlike some other mortgage companies in the past. Also, we were excited about getting a lower interest rate and that the loan enabled us to pay off two credit cards. We had used them to do some needed repairs to the home we bought in August 2019.
The appraisal and the closing both went smoothly. Ashley, along with all the other people at Milend were a pleasure to work with. We have recommended Ashley and Milend to our son and daughter-in-law, so they can refinance to lower their interest rate on their mortgage also. I am sure they will find that working with Ashley and Milend will be a very smooth process.

I was very pleased with the whole transaction of my cash-out refinance with Milend. Ashley Thomas was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. It was nice to have the closing at my home, although I wish the attorney had explained where to send my payments if I hadn’t received mortgage payment books in the mail. I’m sure they are on the way. I will recommend Milend to my friends and family, and I will use them in the future when I am ready to do another refinance.
