My neighbor told me that he had a great experience with Jessica Powers and Milend. My refinance came at the right time, and I was able to get a new deck with the cash out from the refinance. Then, I had to buy a new car after the transmission went out on my old one. Proud owner of VW Jetta and I love it. I wanted to say thank you to Rett Mercer for encouraging me to look into this. The last process was so difficult and we got screwed and really did not see a huge benefit. But by taking the time to really look at our situation, Rett helped us come up with a plan. I do believe that this will set us up to become debt-free aside from our mortgage in 24 months max. For the first time in several years, I feel like I can breathe!

I was very pleased with the whole transaction of my cash-out refinance with Milend. Ashley Thomas was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. It was nice to have the closing at my home, although I wish the attorney had explained where to send my payments if I hadn’t received mortgage payment books in the mail. I’m sure they are on the way. I will recommend Milend to my friends and family, and I will use them in the future when I am ready to do another refinance.

I recently had the pleasure of working with your company on a cash-out refinance. Jennifer Ripley was BEYOND helpful! Not only was she timely and professional, but I could tell Jenny actually cared for us! Beyond answering emails, the phone interactions were pleasant and informative! I had many, many questions and issues that she handled without a hiccup. Milend truly has some great employees at this location. I will be working with them again when I’m in a position to convert to a conventional loan.
