My whole experience with Milend was amazingly positive. David Langub, as my loan officer, was instrumental in creating a solution to a problem I had unwittingly created. I originally called to see about borrowing the $1000 from the offer I received in the mail. Fortune smiled on me that day, as my call was answered by David Langub.  He was highly approachable, not pushy, and very kind. He helped me see that the $1000 was a bandaid on a larger wound.  Patiently and with great compassion, David led me through my current financial situation and helped me to see that I was in fact headed for disaster.

It was his careful manner of leading me through where I currently was and where I could be with Milend’s help that created new hope in me. When he explained what Milend could do, I felt such relief and gratitude. I cannot say enough positive things about David Langub.  First of all, he was sincere, compassionate, and highly personable.  I found working with him to be a pleasure.  He was extremely encouraging, non-judgemental, and very caring.  He fully explained every step along the way, and I found him to be quite knowledgeable.  He definitely “knew his stuff!”  I felt throughout the process that he truly cared about me as an individual; that I was not just “another client” he could check off.

The plan he provided felt tailored for me, and I could tell he was genuinely interested in finding a workable solution for me. He was so patient, as I sometimes struggled with technology issues. Never once did I feel he was “losing patience” with me or frustrated with me.  He was all about providing the best service possible, and I appreciated as well as respected him for that.  It is rare in today’s world to find an individual of David’s caliber; he is honest, genuine, caring, and very real.

I highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves either needing a mortgage or trying to regroup financially.  He is truly one in a million, and I am so very thankful that he answered my call that day.  He turned my life around, gave me new hope, and helped me have a very positive attitude toward the future.  I would urge anyone to contact him.  He is rare and real.  He can change your life.

I worked with Erica Stark and her amazing team for a refinance that paid off my car, credit card loans, and had enough to do some well-needed home renovations. I did all that and my mortgage payment was still manageable. The Milend Team worked with me every step of the way. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or anxious. I had the distinct pleasure of working with John Ware (a mortgage consultant) and his team over at MiLend on a recent refinance of my home mortgage, and for me, the experience was OUTSTANDING. The interesting part of this story surrounds the fact that I did NOT set out to refinance with these folks at all, at least to start. The opportunity to refinance presented itself (with John’s help) when we were reviewing a completely different offer early on (one of their mailings), and before I knew it, I had an opportunity to completely change my life financially – FOR THE BETTER – and I could not have done it without John and MiLend’s help.

To provide some context – my credit is a bit of a mess, and while my income is decent enough, I was struggling month to month to make ends meet based on my own poor decisions over the past 20 years or so. I had a ton of bad loans and my DTI ratio was VERY unbalanced – and honestly, I saw no way out.

John drew together a proposal for me and, after some due diligence and some adjustments here and there, we were able to move quite quickly to not only refinance my home (something I had needed to do since getting divorced in late 2020) but pull some cash out to pay off 100% of my remaining debts…which I never thought would have been possible. As of last week – all of this played out exactly as I had hoped it would, and thanks in large part to John and his team, I am on my way to building a much stronger financial future now that I no longer have a mountain of ‘bad debt’ hanging over my head.

I would highly recommend working with these folks if you find yourself in a similar situation…Not only were John and his team ALWAYS available to discuss my questions (whatever they were), but their ‘bedside manner’ helped me out a LOT when it came to the more challenging parts of the process… all of which worked out for the best. In the end, I’m very glad I answered that mailing and called these folks. My life is forever changed now.

Like others, I got a pre approved check from Milend. It just so happens that I was in the market to refinance my mortgage. I worked with Tyler Van Horn and it was a great experience. It didn’t matter how many questions I came up with, Tyler was on it and if at any given moment he thought I didn’t understand the answer or process, he would call me immediately to talk me thru it. I am very grateful that I was able to work with MiLEND. My initial call was to get an approval code for a check that I’d received in the mail. After giving all of my information, we discussed all that was going on with my mortgage as well as other loans. They could’ve easily had given/denied the approval code and sent me on my way, which is what others had done. However, they saw an opportunity to help and did just that. I was advised of my options and told to call back if I wished to proceed. I thought about it that night and the next day, confirmation came through a friend who’d heard MiLEND’s radio ad. A sign indeed!

I want to thank my loan officer, Clara Flynn, for being a great person first and a great loan officer second. It made a big difference in my level of comfort. I was treated like a person as opposed to a statistic and would definitely recommend MiLEND (specifically Clara) to anyone.
