I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to Phillip King. His services came into my lift when I was experiencing severe financial hardships due to medical situations and surgeries.

I must thank Michael Foote from the bottom of my heart because he has lifted such a burden off me. It feels so good to just breathe and actually get a paycheck and not have to worry about paying bills. I have money in my savings account, and my credit score is slowly moving in the right direction. I think for the past few years I considered refinancing and it seems like I just kept hitting wall after wall, I also felt like I didn’t completely understand what the person was saying ( often feels like they are using big words to confuse you).

Anyhow Michael and his team were so helpful, even the lawyer that came out was SUPER helpful. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I’m so happy I waited till the time was right and really appreciate y’alls help. Thanks!!! I have read other reviews where Milend is accused of bait and switch! I say just the opposite. You have a choice to decide whether you want to continue or not. I chose to continue and glad I did. Everything was great, very smooth and was approved with cash out on a VA refinance! My consultant, Migle Ribaciauskaite, was wonderful and was there for me through the entire process. She answered all my calls, texts, and emails promptly. I can’t say enough about her and Milend except THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID!!!!!
