I want to say thanks to Michael Rachiele for an outstanding job in helping me get my loan with Milend… Michael was a delight to work with as well as he walked me through the application process and broke down what to expect during the process and was very helpful when I was anxious and had questions.  He was very calming and helpful and was always available as well to help with any concerns or questions I may have had.
They are a force to be reckoned with and I will recommend them to my friends in the future.  It was a pleasure working with them as they made the loan process easy for me. Wishing Michael nothing but success and may God continue to bless you.

I would like to compliment Michael Rachiele for providing me with a great experience with refinancing my home. He exceeded my expectations and made my refinancing go as smooth as possible and as quick as possible. When I first called Milend and spoke to Mr. Rachiele, he quickly answered all of my questions and gave me the pros and cons of refinancing and was very honest from the start. I must say that my credit score was sinking because I was drowning in credit card debt and Mr. Rachiele never treated me any different. He assured me that he could help me and made it happen quickly…

This was my second time refinancing with Milend. Each time customer service was courteous, respectful and very helpful through the whole process. The refinancing was done in a timely fashion. Refinancing is stressful enough but they made it an easy process. I can’t say enough great things about this company. Definitely highly recommend!!

Working with Milend generally and specifically Jessica Powers and Haley Schroer was great. They listened to what my wife and I wanted and helped us close on a mortgage that fit our needs, not what they wanted to sell us. I felt like we had an advisor with our interests in mind.

Getting a mortgage and buying a new home is a stressful deal, but at least the mortgage process didn’t really add to the stress. I’m sure I bugged them more than some, but they always got back quickly and with the info I needed.

I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to Phillip King. His services came into my lift when I was experiencing severe financial hardships due to medical situations and surgeries.

From a small loan to a financial plan and large loan Phillip and his team were awesome! But especially, Phillip – who was professional, understanding, so very helpful in walking me through each procedure and aiding me in gathering information needed from the proper sources.

Now I’m feeling better and able to stick to the plan he recommended. Will definitely be using him for future needs. Also have recommended Phillip and Milend.
