I have been reading all the detrimental comments about this company that think they are scams. I have a loan with Milend and they have been overly helpful and unbelievably easy to work with. It is pathetic when a few people who cannot qualify for loans can try to destroy a company with negative comments shown all over the world. They really don’t have a way to defend themselves unless people who have positive experiences speak up on their behalf.
Thank you Milend and Michael Foote for helping me when I needed it most!!! Your company is wonderful and deserves nothing but praise.

Mikala Bryant and her team were clearly outstanding in every way. They know how to close a loan!!! Mikala and I were in constant contact throughout this process. We would talk almost daily. Mikala is very knowledgeable, and she is a true, dedicated individual. She cares about her work. I was thoroughly impressed with her the first time that we spoke back last year. Mikala knows her stuff and works to get it done in a timely fashion.

In closing, it’s good to have someone that you truly trust like Mikala and her team. I found them to be very courteous and very respectful at all times. For me, I have found a very good friend in Mikala. Thanks for making this event most memorable!
